Letter to Taylor

Dear Taylor

During the end of this China Tour, as you refered the review before, I will wrote to you with great pleasure, for this wonderful China tour, you and your colleagues really did a great work for me, and I really enjoyed this tour, and I do think there was no better journey I experienced before.

Beijing Tour:We enjoyed the time at the Ding Tomb and Sacred Way. The Mutianyu Great Wall was an astonishing experience, was beautiful and not at all crowded at the time. we were there and we could have used more time there. So we definitely recommend going mid to late afternoon when crowds have dwindled.The other reason we could have used more time was for shopping there.
The jade factory was an interesting tour, lunch there was amazing.The food was varied and very delicious but one small drink was not enough, especially on a hot day of being mostly outside. Our tour guide, Laura, was fantastic. I think we wrote on her review how much we enjoyed her company and expertise during the day. The van was very comfortable with good air conditioning, and we were very impressed with the skills of our driver. I think it would be a very good idea to have a cooler in the car to keep the water
colder.The bottled water got very warm during the day, being left in the car while we were out.Laura and our van were on time to pick us up.She also gave us some good advice about shopping in Beijing as we were driving back.
Xi'an Tour: We enjoyed seeing the City Wall in Xi'an and could have spent a little longer there. I realize that our time was shorter due to our flight delay.The adjustment should have been made to maximize the time to see the terra cotta army. The Wild Goose Pagoda was interesting. Julie, our guide, was very knowledgeable. Again, our driver was very competent but the air conditioning in the bigger van wasn't as good and the bottled water was not kept cool for us.
We really appreciate you helped us in tailor made itinerary and everything during the tour. Sometimes it is risky to do such business only via e-mails, but you gave us everything we wanted and needed to have good experiences at the Great Wall and in Xi'an. We also agreed that, inspite of the tips that were recommended for the guides and drivers which we gladly paid, we think the guides should be paid more based on the price of the tours.Thank you for sending the photos. Your tour company helped make it a memorable experience in China Our guide was extremely nice, funny and helpfull!!!
